Amazing wallet from an OUTSTANDING company!
I purchased the vertical wallet along with the zippered wallet. I carry the zippered wallet as a "purse" and the vertical wallet fits very nicely inside. That way I pull out the vertical wallet and toss it in my pocket for work or whenever I don't want to carry the bigger wallet. I purchased these items about three years ago and I use them every single day.
I over stuffed my vertical wallet and the seam split when I forcefully shoved a card into one of the slots. I emailed ELEVATE people and they responded right away stating they would do their best to try to fix it. Worth a shot. So I mailed off my wallet. A couple of weeks later I get an email with an update that they were not able to fix the wallet at the facility in Lincoln, so they will TAKE IT WITH THEM ON THEIR TRIP TO INDIA and have their leather experts attempt to fix it! This is the kind of superior service this company provides! I stated I would gladly purchase another wallet if mine was not repairable. They still went above and beyond to fix my wallet!
