I received free continental U.S. shipping on my order, when is the expected delivery date?
We ship any order over $100 free in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Your order should be received in 5 - 8 business days through USPS First Class Priority (Standard) shipping. If you need your order expedited, please select and pay for USPS Priority Mail to arrive within 2 business days.
When can I pick-up my order if I selected “In-Store Pick up”?
If you selected “in-store pick up” at check out, you can pick up your package within 2 hours after order was placed. Please see our store hours for your convenience.
When can I expect my purchase that was backordered?
If you purchased a product that was backordered, your order will ship when the product becomes available. If you would like additional items on your order to be shipped to you sooner, please place a separate order. If you would like an accurate estimated ship date, please email customerservice@elevatepeople.net.
