Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and generally ship 2-4 business days from purchase. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CT will go out on the following business day (excluding holidays). I received free continental U.S. shipping on my order, when is the expected delivery date?

We ship any order over $100 free in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Your order should be received in 5 - 8 business days through USPS First Class Priority (Standard) shipping. If you need your order expedited, please select and pay for USPS Priority Mail to arrive within 2 business days. 

When can I pick-up my order if I selected “In-Store Pick up”?

If you selected “in-store pick up” at check out, you can pick up your package within 2 hours after order was  placed. Please see our store hours for your convenience. 

When can I expect my purchase that was backordered?

If you purchased a product that was backordered, your order will ship when the product becomes available. If you would like additional items on your order to be shipped to you sooner, please place a separate order. If you would like an accurate estimated ship date, please email customerservice@elevatepeople.net

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to North America, Europe, Australia, Brazil, and Hong Kong. International shipping is standard DHL express shipping rate + 1% handling fee. Our prices are displayed in USD, but can be converted into your currency by switching the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner. 

Please keep in mind that your shipment may be subject to customs clearance depending on the country of delivery. The customs agency within the destination country determines fees. The payment of such fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.  If your order needs to be picked up due to customs clearance, you will receive a notice at your door about your package. We are not held responsible for customs clearance fees on a customer’s behalf. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and pick up their order.
