Our warranty covers the following issues:

1. Defective Materials:  If your handbag, wallet, or accessory exhibits defects in the leather or other materials used in its construction. 
2. Workmanship Issues:  If there are defects in the craftsmanship of the product, such as stitching or hardware defects.

1. Accidental Damage:  Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
2. Natural wear and tear:  Normal wear and tear, aging, or discoloration naturally occuring with use.
3. Unauthorized Repairs:  Any repairs or modifications done by unauthorized third parties.

If you believe your handbag, wallet, or accessory is covered under our warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team:  Reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@elevatepeople.com within the warranty period.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase:  Please provide a copy of your original purchase receipt or order number.
3. Describe the Issue: Clearly describe the issue you are facing with your product.
4. Send Photos:  Attach clear photos of the product, highlighting the areas of concern.

Once we receive your warranty claim, we will access the provided information.  Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions.

1. Repair:  We may offer to repair the product at no cost to you.
2. Replacement:  If the product is deemed irreparable, we may provide a replacement of equal or similar value.
3. Refund: In certain circumstances, a refund may be issued.
